Digital Marketing Manager

E-Finance is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to be responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services. He or she plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the Digital Marketing process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a Digital Marketing role is a MUST.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Ecommerce content manager

The main task of a content manager is to oversee the creation and accuracy of the web content on his website. On an e-commerce site, this may include a very specific area, such as a particular genre of movies or books, or a certain type of furniture, such as beds. Other content managers may be responsible for wider areas of the site, while a senior content manager typically oversees all the content of the e-commerce site. For example, content managers generating articles and posts for copy should have a degree with an emphasis on writing, such as English or journalism, while content managers responsible for video content have their best chances of landing a job with a film or TV degree.

Skills and Abilities

Content managers should be Internet savvy and always aware of the next big trend or latest social media site. They should have strong computer skills and be familiar with an office productivity suite such as the Google package or Microsoft Office. Knowledge of HTML or a content management system such as Drupal or WordPress is also a definite bonus. Content managers should have a strong attention to detail, as the content they generate is seen by current and potential customers.
